Walter,

Really loved the presentation today. I was fortunate enough to be at last year's WOMMA and it's pretty amazing how far the industry has come in defining measurement for WOM. Not to say that it's been perfected in any way, but I do believe with the leadership of individuals such as yourself, and the collective co-operation amongst peer and competitors to openly share and discuss the topic there will be significant advancements in theory and methodologies.

Great presentation.
